Regardless of what I do, I'm bound to 10 FPS when playing online! :byodood:
I've ran on the lowest settings, smallest resolution... nothing, no change.
Defraged, used Steamcleaner, even deleted my garrysmod folder.
Reinstalled, updated my drivers, rebooted countless times.
OS: windows Vista Ultimate (Pack 3, build 6002)
Processor: Intel Core2 duo CPU, 2,33ghz.
Ram: 2.00 gb
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce 8400 gs.
Help would be very much appreciated. Will give more info if needed.

Just realized that this now effects all my Source engine games. :ohdear:
The FPS counter is limited to 10 or so, do you have latest drivers?
What is fps_max set to? If it's set to 10, there's your problem.
If it's not, what are your launch options? Also post your config.cfg and, if you have one, your autoexec.cfg.
Problem solved. Just needed a clean out.
