What is the latest phx pack and can i get a link to the svn version?

one problem. When I clicked on its svn link it came up with a bunch of script like things and when i clicked on forums it brought me to [url]http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=488601[/url] (phx 2's topic) even tho it said 3.
Is it this one?
