Hi all !!
I recently wanted to create a Garry's mod dedicated server with Hlds and srcds (A RP server) but I have a few issues/questions.
First of all, I followed this guide : [url]http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=669841[/url]
Everything is ok, but even after forwarding my ports (on my router) and put sv_lan 0 and sv_region 255 in my server.cfg file, my server still don't work online.
In the server browser of steam, I see it online and in lan tab too! The two with a different ip (online: 66.130.176.96 and lan, my static ip: 192.168.0.10)
So I can connect and play, but other can't....
Btw, when I open my server, it writes this in the console: "Network: IP 192.168.0.10, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27015 SV/ 27005 CL"
So that means it assign a lan Ip on my online server right ? What I did wrong ?
Secondly, do you recommend me to use Ass or Ulx ? (I actually have Ass, but Ulx seem more used)
Finally, about the map/gamemode. Is there a way to automatically set the the PD/jail doors for the cop and mayors only? Same thing about /jailpos ?

in the command line to start it put +ip 'curl whatsmyip.org'
I didn't try this command, since someone was able to connect. So the problem is solve ^^ I'll still have future question (mostly on assmod and DarkRp) to personalize my server (the rules with F1, some new tab with F4 etc etc.) If you know some tutorials or some thread about it, fell free to post it here ^^
