When i play gmod its all rainbowed like and also when some one dies(player,npc,etc..)the game crashes and i have to boot my system help?

because garrysmod now uses EP2 stuff. EP2 requires a much higher specs than HL2 does.

No, the game is on a new engine. An intel graphics card is a joke, frankly, so you'll need to replace your card or replace your computer. If I had to hazard a guess, replacing the computer would be the better choice.
checking off ep2 doesn't change the fact that it runs on the new ep2 source engine. (it's called source 2009 I think. Or is it 2008?)
Get a new computer. A laptop is better than your desktop at this point. It is not only your graphics card. There are many factors.

Dude!Tell us your FULL PC specs.It might be just the graphics card or it could be that your PC is a 7 year old box!Mine is 5 years old,but atleast I had the chance to change the vid card from a 128mb to a 512mb!

Your Intel will not work, but you can either replace your computer (safest for you), or you can replace you Intel Card.
