Glitch in gmod after update

Hi. I updated gmod and now it doesnt work update "94" One problem is Unknow command menu_singleplayer

And other Is : Zombies or some who melees "Zombie, Poison zombie, Fast zombie, Antlion and i think that big antlion."

They just go trought from me and tries melee me but it doesnt hit me and i cant move begause hes "Inside" Me trying to melee me...

I Verifyed gmod and those but all is fine.

I think i just wait for other Update so it would fix perhaps.
