Fast DL, is NOT fast anymore.

Hi There, i have a problem, its serious, coz players cant join and the server is dead.
I hosted 2 days ago gmod server, so far so good, works fine.
But after 2x Svn updates and 1x Steam Update, my FAST DL is broken...all files are downloaded too slowly, for everyone who join it.
I reinstalled whole Server already, but still the same... :(

I have about 40~ luas to download, and it takes 15 minutes for me, and 7-15 for another players.

dua...yes copyed my dua cache folder to my server and replaced it, so cache is up-to date.

Any Ideas?
