Invalid Steam UserID ticket when Hosting a gmod server?

i am trying to play gmod with a friend over hamachi, he connects but shortly after it says "Invalid Steam UserID Ticket". Are there any fixes to this? i really need help.

He needs to update the server.

I get this error when trying to start my own server, any idea of a fix?
