Auto-Matic NPC Spawner?

I was wandering how I would make a auto-matic NPC spawner.
Can some one tell me?

i.e - If a NPC dies another one will spawn.

Ya, of course you can, what sort of NPCs are you talking about? The one's from the Q menu, or ?
