I go into VTFEdit and I go into the Source Materials GCF. I go into the group 2 humans folder. I can't open what I need (citizen sheet)! I need to reskin them for a machinima, but I can't open the files. I tried to extract it with GCFScape but I get this error.
Error writing C:\Documents and Settings\***\Local Settings\Temp\citizen_sheet.vtf (Error: Unexpected end of GCF stream (0 B of 699256 B). Has the GCF file been completely acquired?)

Does someone at least know where I can download the original refugee skins?
