gmod 10, better GUI, better scripting capability, and yes I have tried both

But yeah, Garry's Mod 10 is a lot, lot better in just about every way possible.
The one thing Garry's Mod 9 is, is stable.
Ten's stable as well though. Just don't overload it with addons.
Gmod 10 because of features and addons that are available for Gmod 10 that aren't for Gmod 9. As well as for the fact of Mad Cow weapon features.
The times in gmod 9 rp were better, but thats the players not the game.

its now gmod 11 since garry realesed a update a while ago which i beleived made it into gmod 11 because he added quite alot of stuff
