I accidentally replaced my game sounds manifest with one from counter strike!!!

I was going to see if I could load a counter strike source skin into gmod and I accidentally replaced my game sounds manifest with the one that came with the skin!!!! could anyone say make a download of it on filesmelt or something so that I could get it back?!?!?

This operation is too risky. You'll have to delete garry's mod and buy it again.

-_- if I were to just get a game sounds manifest file from someone and replace the one I accidentally downloaded I think it would return to normal.
