or try using seven proxies,that way noone will find you
It bans by Steam account, no matter how many proxies you use your still going to be using the same account. If you get banned you get banned for a reason, email Garry and put your case forward/apologize/etc.
If that fails you'll just have to make a new account and buy GMod again, or get someone else to download the file and send to to you.

Their is no "[B]REAL[/B]" problem. The kid got banned from garrysmod.org for a reason. Their is always a reason for getting banned from something. He would have to re-buy Garry's Mod on a new account. Problem solved.
