Gmod 10 -> Make a Server to Play MP and Save game?

Hey Guys,
I am new in Garry´s Mod so i have a Question..

It makes me sad that you can´t save Multiplayer games..
So can i make a Garry´s Mod Dedicated Server to play with Friends and save it?
Or is there another Way to save Multiplayer game? ( I know about Adv. Multiplicator but this is only for Objects or something like this )

In long: No. Because, it's multiplayer. You can't save other players.
