I really have no idea, I have Half-Life 2, Css, HL2 Deathmatch, and HL2 lost coast. It works in multi-player, but not in single-player. I made sure the key was right, (i have it on default, aka the f button). This is really kinda simple. It doesn't work, it works in multi-player but not single-player. Any help would be nice. And this isn't recent, its been like this for awhile. (and now that I think about It, this is probably Garry's fault in one of his patches)
Might want to try removing everything from the cfg folder. (Since I'm unsure there, I'd recommend moving everything there to a temporary folder.)
Any addons?
I think the stealthed mine in cloudscript disables flashlight
It did for me, for some strange reason.

I'm not so sure removing everything would work, for one this has been a problem since I first installed the game, and it wasn't working when i didn't have any addons or any of that stuff. But i'll give it a try anyways :\
