Hello Facepunch, I run a dedicated server, and I was wondering is it possible to like make a player run a command. Like I mean can I for instance, make a player say something from the server console?

Yes, using the "say" command, and "say_team" respectively.
Use Google next time. On my first search the whole page was about the say command.
that's not what i mean, like i know i can make the console say stuff, I'm talking more like making another player use the say command and pretty much make them say what i want them to?

ASSMod has an plugin that allows you to run RCON commands/presets
ULX and ASSMod have a command that allows you to do that.
