I've tried to install the GMod SVN recently, what with all the cloudscript weapons and entities and whatnot, and I haven't had much success. The first few times I was missing a file or had it in the wrong directory, preventing it from starting, then everything was a hellish white nightmare with a Q menu that didn't open and all sorts of other horribleness. I've used SVN plenty of times, but it's late and my brain is broken and I'd appreciate a quick walk through this. Slap me with a 1 day ban if it turns out I'm missing an incredibly obvious thread.
You only need to use SVN gmod if you are a developer, Don't use it as a player, Just wait for the stable release on steam.
