Tbh, This si unneeded, If ever somone wanetd to run perp, They only need common sense to set it up. And if they dont have that, running such a gamemode should not be their top priority.
If you want idiots running around running their own perp servers, Planting Car bombs on every car they see, For no reason, Then you are already doing a good job by telling them how to get it running.

I just got my running, it has been fun in 3 days now, yes abusing admin powers. SO WHAT? it's all about having fun.

So are you saying that your admins abusing admin powers is "having fun"? That's idiotic. Letting your admins abuse their powers because "fun" is more of you saying "I don't really care about my admins screwing up the server" because that's technically [i]exactly[/i] what you're letting them do. I really can't get my head around you saying stuff like admin abusing, constant car bombs and random trespassing is fun. I just don't get it.
Anyhow, I don't get why you'd need a manual on setting up a PERP server like that. If you're a coder, which you most likely are because of PERP's massive and horrible backdoors and exploits, then you're able to set up PERP within a day of tweaking (and possibly removing its backdoors). Putting up a guide is helpful but it'll mean that there will be more PERP servers running. That's another thing I can't get my head around. Why would you want to make a PERP server when there's already about 40 of them? 35 out of those 40 look completely the same and usually has a massive amount of idiots running around shooting up your stuff. And if you just go for the base-gamemode from PERP, without doing [i]anything to it[/i], then there's 36 servers looking exactly the same. [i]Exactly the same[/i]. I can understand that it's fun to run PERP with your friends at a LAN party or something, or just generally chit chatting on a passworded server but we really do not need more people to start up PERP servers.
