omg fakking steam. it wont load upp gmod. i really need help!
this is the message who pops upp when i start gmod:

Verify your game cache and defrag. If that doesn't work you may possibly need to:
A. Delete the garrysmod folder
B. Re-name the garrysmod folder, example: garrysmod old
To see if it works. Also, did you restart steam?
