It's called PCMod, besides I don't know about programs...probably. Not.
Yes, you can make computers. It takes alot of hard code, but its possible. Ever done any scripting?

Just because it's the internet doesn't mean you have a right to type like an idiot. You don't see adults in playgrounds using incorrect grammar and saying "IT'S A PLAYGROUND LOL".
