on my friends computer, when he is in garrys mod, it doesnt allow you to look around while you move. it also doesnt allow you to move the mouse while in the q menu. same with the context. any ideas!?
He needs a new keyboard and mouse then.
Check the lua folder, it could be a mousepos script or something.
