Update 68 has broken my GMod Sounds

I have a very very big problem:

The new Update 68 has broken my GMod Sounds, Wire Sounds,...

For Example:

When i falling down from the Sky an hit the ground then i hear a very ugly beep sound.
When i tried to link anything with wire i hear a very ugly beep sound.

How can i fix it?
