Can someone explain the icons?

Heart is of course favorites.
The text bubbles is comments.

But what is downs? (it meant dumb on old facepunch)
And I think the bug means buggy, but someone said it is used as a report button.

Can someone explain downs, and the bug more?

I wish there was a right click menu for stuff like this. Right click on the icons and it brings a list like in windows.
