Create red flashing light?

Hi, is there an addon/E2 script etc that has a red flashing light spinning around? Police-like rotating flashes, only in red colour though. Playing Stargate-mod, want to have alarms and red rotating alarm lights when there is an inbound connection, so it has to be triggered by wire.

I have tried creating a wheel and attach lights to it, but it got messed up :D
