both are quite handy, and i like the idea but it wil be hard to get an team as u see, since u need this: lua coder, modeler, mapper, texturer, and an sound maker in my own gamemode i just miss a modeler and i just cant find any one who helpes me whit it.

I have no problem with people asking for help or collecting teammembers. I do have a problem with his kind of people - they 'have an idea', make others work hard on it and then just take credit for shit they didn't do.
