Can't jump properly

Hey i have a problem with jumping in game.

I can jump when standing still perfectly, but if i run or spring i can't. Once i have ran or sprinted and i stop when i press space to jump i merely move up as if i detached from being stuck in the ground but if i jump again it works.

I know this is confusing but please try to help.

u have spidermod on,goto console and type the comands
then u hold spce,and jump reeeeeealllly high

Umm i don't believe i have spider mod installed.
