I know that this question will sound dumb, [or it wount] but where can i get grass tool?
Like - to add grass in-game.
you mean like the grass on the main menu screen?
that was added in by either modifying console commands or photoshop
So there isnt anykind tool to add grass? Like it was possible to add water or something?

There was one, and it spawned all of the grass and tree props in the floor around it
You could always place each prop down yourself and then parent it to something?
Find the grass model and use the stacker tool I guess. It would be neat to have a tool that worked similar to [URL="http://www.speedtree.com/"]speedtree[/URL].
