I cannot get my sv_downloadurl to work. In the server.cfg I've put:

sv_downloadurl "http://216.245.195.42/fastdl/failcake/garrysmod/"
sv_allowupload 1
sv_allowdownload 1
net_maxfilesize 64[/code]
Seems like it should work. Anyone who checks the folder can see that it is valid, and all that's currently in there is a file used to test it in the sound folder. Any help as to why it isn't working, please?
I see no reason for this to not work.
Mine is just:

This is why! People keep trying to test it, but if you don't upload everything in there, IT WILL NOT WORK.
