Garry Mod 13 BETA , publishing videos on steamworks

Hey,
I have published 2 videos in Steamworks with Gmod 13 and I like this new feuture.
However,
recently the game has been updated and the layout has changed.

I have no idea whatsoever how to PUBLISH to Steamworks now.

Can anyone help me?
I'm still able to record demos and record videos, I just don't know how to publish it now.

i can 'record' 'render' but cant upload to steamworks anymore (the buttons are btw all messed up and hidden BEHIND the screenshots)
