Help i keep getting this error

When I try to start my game I keep getting this error message.

SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0012E0E4) failed with error 1: Failed create pipe: 6, Win32 Error 6 "The handle is invalid."

What do I do? I want to play again :[

I did, I reinstalled steam i went on the steam support forums but they did help at all. I reinstalled all my games but i still get it :[
