Yes, as the title says. Do you know any GMOD Hosts that aren't way too expensive, but doesn't suck. Doesn't have advertisements for themselves etc.
I also know some who host them cheaply by letting performance suck, shouldn't be a big problem for Trouble in Terrorist Town though.

Edit: Oh, if you're in Europe, try Vilayer or NFO. I don't have much experience with them, though.

Nah, this is the right place since you're asking for some information on where to buy a server, iirc help and support is just for the gmod client

After some installation issues, it's finally setup.
But the ping is still a bit argueable. I'm getting 150ms, my friend is getting 200...
