I can't delete any of my addons

Seriously, this really sucks.

I can't start a server

I can't JOIN a server

My cars don't have front wheels

Something is wrong here.

I've tried removing Garry's Mod. I've deleted every folder EXCEPT the addons folder, because I can't.

I think it's GM_Mount. But that's the problem. I CAN'T remove it.

It's not open anywhere else.

I seriously can't remove this.

Or if you don't want to remove a rather important windows feature, boot your PC in Safe Mode (mash F10 just after switching on and select it from there) and delete the folder while running in that.
