Carter's addon pack has lots of contents. You should try to solve your svn problem instead of asking for a direct download. that will take hours for the uploader and ages for the downloader
Yeah. I wouldn't download anything for gmod in a zip file that already has an svn repository set up. Especially CAP. It already takes about 30 minutes for me to download it over svn anyway. You should wait a few hours and then try it again. They might just be having server problems.
