How can I save a player's job in DarkRP?

Hi, I've got no experience with scripting or any of that, but I don't really want many systems implemented aside from what comes base. Pretty much the only one I want is to save players job when they log out instead of just the money they had.

Edit: I would also love to save the weapons/items they had

Well, I do know that if you are trying to save weapons/items then I would recommend getting the pocket so people can store their weapons and items. Other then the other thing I don't know how you would script that.
