Movement speed

hey guys,

i want to play hl2 again, but this time with some beautiful sweps. I dont like the movement speed of
gmod though, is there any way to reduce it to the normal HL2 speed?

thanks for the fast answer, do i have to get any other mod or can i set it directly in smod?

Edit: Hm cant figure it out, nothing to set the speed?!
