I heard that there were achievements and extensions, but I can't see them on the main menu.
I can press f4 for the achievements, but i remember seeing the button on the menu.
Is there a problem?

I have Gmod 11, Half Life, Counter Strike Source, and Team Fortress 2.
Are you sure you're not using a pirated version of Garry's Mod?
this happened to me when I had the source sdk/hlmv running in the background, maybe that helps
