I need some help finding the PERP 3 Mod for my Garry's Mod server.

It's not officially released, however finding a copy of PERP 3 shouldn't be hard. All of the non-official versions need a lot of recoding as they're buggy (well, more buggy than standard PERP) and has a lot of backdoors. If you're not a a coder, I'd suggest not running PERP. And if I have to be fully honest, don't start a new PERP server. There's already a lot of PERP servers with 0 people on them. If you want a demo of how your server is going to be, try joining one of them. It's just not worth starting another server that's exactly the same as 50-100 other.
