What gamemode should I use?

I am making a dedicated server for gmod and I was wondering what gamemode I should use?

What is the most popular? And what is really fun?

I am in to Dark rp but I see to many servers that have dark rp.

You won't have much success in Darkrp, try normal building.

Yeah even though I love Dark RP I just see to many servers and it would be a waste to have a whole nother one..

A build server sounds good but I just want some.. how should I say it, "more fun" to it. Like how long you played on the server and wire and phx and everything cool.
