What did you do to celebrate Gmod 13?

I didnt really get to celebrate but hey, i did get to play around with the dupes and saves, not very much.

Also, I like gmod 13 because mat_picmip -10 actually works! dont know if it does anything to gmod though. it was removed from other games. (Dont know what that is? [url]http://tf2wiki.net/wiki/Ultra_high_settings[/url])

Worked best on tf2 but eh.

Gmod 13 is a giant step of its history. What did you do to celebrate? I only did nothing.

Well, this update just so happened to coincide perfectly with my 21st birthday, so I had my first beer and enjoyed a buggy-but-terrific gmod 13, and laughed at all the people who are hateing on it XD

and seriously: having a new Garry's Mod on your birthday is freggin awesome

a note about mat_picmip -10: -3 works just as well.

some VTFs have what's called a LOD control resource; valve set it so that lower mipmaps are used for specific textures. "very high" is actually already the highest, PLUS one mipmap for the VTFs that were using that lod control resource feature.

I celebrated by deleting everything I had in my old gmod folder, except for a few small lua scripts I'm working on. It's nice to have a fresh clean install for the new version, it's like a whole new game.

Thanks for the feedback about mat_picmip -10, God I cant belive valve took it away, though it did make games glitchy.
