Gmod 13 server update

Could anyone tell me how to make a gmod 13 server update, because now i get message like "The server you are trying to connect to is running
an older version of the game.", I did an update with this command
"Hldsupdatetool -command update -game garrysmodbeta -dir Z:\GmodServer", also tried this
"Hldsupdatetool -command update -game garrysmod -dir Z:\GmodServer", but both won't work.
Btw, I start server using that line "srcds.exe -game garrysmodbeta -console -maxplayers 24 -port 27015 +hostname Stupid wire server".
