I am changing to cake script but I can't flag/permaflag anyone can someone shed a little light on this?
I keep using rp_permaflag "Kiley Carson" bm or rp_permaflag "steamid" bm or normal flagging is nice but I can't find the command for it.
Did you try rp_admin help?

Actually it's rp_admin setflags "name" flag flag flag flag flag flag
You don't need the quotes around the flags.
You can permaflag someone, they have to do it, or you could make a CExec script and run rp_permaflag for them.
