Installing skins in a Gmod Server [TTT]?

Hi, im trying to add skins to my TTT server and its going terribly wrong. I would Appreciate it if someone could tell me how to do this or send a link to a tutorial.

Do you mean custom weapons or normal weapon skins cause if it's normal weapon skins it won't do anything since the server can't force a player to download something they already have
