Well, i got banned from steam community for having an offensive picture, i did buy the game. I really did. I cant confirm it? Is there anyway to get around it?

Only thing you can do is wait until you are unbanned from the community, or open a new steam account and buy garrysmod on that.
Just because you're VAC banned, it doesn't mean that verifying won't work. You just sound like someone who doesn't have a legit copy of Garrysmod and still want to download addons.
He didn't say he was VAC banned he said he was banned from Steam Community.
