Hello Facepunch,
I'm noticing a missing material when I play in either single player or online. I cant see any fire weather its on the map, or weapon created. Here is the error:

If you have any thoughts on how to correct this problem, please let me know!

Try verifying the Gmod game cache.
In your Steam games list, right-click Gmod, then click "Properties" from there, click "Local files" then "Verify integrity of game cache". Let it run then try running Gmod again.

Have you downloaded any addons that could possibly have changed the material of the fire?
No, Actually I just reinstalled GMod to fix some other errors. So, I'm running a fresh copy.

Except that I crash when I get explosions, blood or any particles.
