• Screen flashs white!! :O

Every 10 seconds or so, my screen flashs white and laggs me, it can vary in length from 1 second to 5, anyone know why?
Is this on a server or singleplayer.
It's due to lag, probably an outdated computer or a very indecent internet.
Delete the Flashbang Texture. It should go away.
