Steam starts to check garry's mod cache each time i launch it.

Each time I start Garry's mod for the first time (like after restarting pc or turning it off I mean) steam starts to verify game cache. It's only when i launch gmod. Other games are fine. What could it be? My pc, or does anybody else have same problem?
