Giving away free 20 slot GMod server using XenonServers

So basically I am lost on what to use this server for. I am giving it away to the person who needs it. All the costs will be payed for by me, and you will have full access to the server ( files/ftp etc. ) If you have any questions go ahead and ask them in this thread.

It would be tied down to location as XenonServers is only offering servers in Dallas, Texas.

I recommend you just start your own server up with it running Sandbox or Fretta or something instead of giving it away to someone who will make another horrible RP server with it. Just saying.
