Everytime the players die they will turn to Gman. What ever job they are, if they die they will turn to gman. I've tried removing the gman guy, then it changes to a combine soldier.

This is due to a problem with your gamemode. What gamemode are you using? DarkRP? I recommend updating to the latest version.
