I somehow have a lua_temp folder in my gmod directory, and I cannot delete a certain folder in it because it says "access is denied"

Temporary files from servers you joined.
The reason why you can't delete it is because most likely you are not on the admin account, log into the admin account, and you can delete it there. Though it's not recommended that you do.

The most likely he couldn't delete it is because he was playing in garrysmod at the time.
