I was eating breakfast this morning, and suddenly got an idea. Would it be possible to load the correct HL2:E2 map on Garry's mod, spawn a gnome, save it, move the save file into the HL2:E2 save file, load it, and get the gnome achievement that way? It might work. I'd test it, but I don't have enough time...
Yeah or you could just spawn a gnome in Ep2.

You don't have enough time to try this? Then how possibly did you have time to make this thread? It would take max 2 minutes to do that.
No it wouldn't be possible, Garry's Mod uses a different save file format than HL2:EP2
