Host something unique on one. Host a gamemode nobody normally uses on another, and the third could be a server for another game, or a build designed to be used for fights.
The unique gamemode should be something your group had made for you, ut if that is not possible, just go with the really obscure ones that are public. The unused one could be something like Stranded, as I rarely see any good stranded servers. Just don't host RP, theres too many of the damn things.
One of the other things we've considered is lending out one once and awhile to gmod filming groups.
Thats a pretty good idea actually. Filming groups are always looking for places to record.
Well, what hexpunK said. Have some unique stuff on it, it should attract some people and make players discover new gamemodes to enjoy.
A good stranded server, some gamemodes you dont see often, normal sandbox.
Mario Boxes, it was just released by Jet. For the others, maybe make a gamemode or put something like redead on?
Zombie Survival. If the players get bored with building, they can go eat some brains!
I played on a Prop hunt server before, pretty nice.

War of The Servers Gamemode interlinked through every server so that contraptions and players can go from one server to another without loading. Basically in the matters of true war and have it like Fight to Survive with territory buying and shit.
